Services:

Assists returning citizens with HIV with housing search and advocacy, rental assistance, legal services, case management, peer support, medical transportation, nutrition and food, medication adherence, check-in, support groups and mental health services. Will refer clients to health care detox, and substance abuse treatment. Other services include PrEP counseling and referral, needle exchange, opioid overdose prevention/Naloxone distribution and HIV, Hepatitis C & STI prevention, testing, and education.



Provides services and referrals to drug users, transgender people, and homeless youth who are not HIV positive.



All services within the AIDS Action Committee are confidential and free of charge.

Service hours:

Office hours: M - F: 9am - 5pm; Walk-ins are OK from 9am - 3pm

Requirements / Restrictions:

For case management - living with HIV/AIDS. Must have a doctor's note with diagnosis on doctor's letterhead.

Wait list for some housing services; wait times vary
