Web site:

The MassLegalHelp website is a comprehensive, up-to-date site which has specific, easy-to-understand information on how the Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) laws relate to finding housing and employment, who has the right to see your CORI, how to seal your record, and how to correct mistakes on your CORI. It has a "Crime Glossary," which lists definitions of terms, plus a link to the Criminal History System Board's list of CORI Codes, which define the terms.

Individuals with questions regarding their CORI's or any other legal information question can talk, via instant message, with a law librarian with the "Ask A Librarian" program that runs M - F: 9am - 4pm.
